IHG operate the Crowne Plaza Darwin, the Holiday Inn Esplanade and the Holiday Inn Darwin, then down in Kakadu National Park there is the Holiday Inn Jabiru.

Kept busy last week catching up with several hotel reps and finishing off on Friday with “Secbreak” at Crown’s Palladium then co-hosting a famil with the Sebel & Citigate Albert Park, Melbourne with some of our clients...

On Wednesday last week we enjoyed catching up with the new cluster sales office for Pan Pacific Hotels Group who now have a presence not only in Melbourne, but across Australia - recently launching the Parkroyal Darling Harbour, Parkroyal Parramatta, Parkroyal Melbourne Airport and the Pan Pacific Perth.  

By this time last week, Corrie & Lisa were traipsing around Victoria at rapid pace, taking in a diverse range of regional Victoria's conference venues.  
We were lucky enough to be invited on the inaugural ‘Accor Great Race’ held on Friday 27 May - Saturday 28 May.  We took 4 of our clients 'along for the ride' completely unaware of what we were all getting into.  I think we became a little concerned when filling in the necessary disclaimer forms, but were excited to be part of this experience first hand.

The last few weeks have been absolutely manic to say the least as between Corrie and Lisa, we’ve spent time in Terrigal, New Zealand, Sydney, Adelaide, Regional Victoria, Regional NSW and of course in our home town Melbourne, running various famils, attending trade shows, and generally helping clients source the best possible venues for the best possible prices for their conferences and events!

We kicked off for the month in NSW with a ‘Willy Wonka’ themed night at the beautiful, beachfront property of Crowne Plaza Terrigal.  Nine clients from Sydney and their partners enjoyed overnight accommodation and a fantastic dinner, whilst also getting to see the conference space first hand.  Rave reviews from everyone and we look forward to seeing some enquiries for that property come through soon.
